The Rotary Club of Sarnia's tradition of service dates back to 1927. Since that time, our group of local community leaders has worked continuously and selflessly to help those in need around the corner and across the globe. In the process, Sarnia Rotarians have brought a little magic into the lives of thousands of individuals and families.
Today, the Rotary Club of Sarnia is supported by the activities of our members. We encompass a wide range of professions and are active in leading local businesses and community organizations. Continuing to live our motto, "Service Above Self," local Rotarians maintain an active annual program focusing on youth, community and vocation, special needs children and international relief.
Our club's popular fundraising projects, including the annual Mackinac Breakfast (July) and the Rotary TV Auction (November), contribute greatly to the diversity of popular events, as well as the quality of life and betterment of the vulnerable for which the Sarnia community is well known.

Be our partner and benefit from our truly unique charitable foundation

In 1973, our club registered the Rotary Club of Sarnia Charitable Foundation with the Government of Canada as a charitable organization. Through the foundation, we offer individuals, families and companies a unique opportunity to share the ideals of Sarnia Rotarians and the joy of making a real difference in the lives of others.
The Rotary Sarnia Foundation offers donation plan counselling and tax receipts to its contributors. Through generous donations and bequests to the foundation and the careful management of our investments, the Rotary Club of Sarnia has contributed well over $7 million to worthy causes locally.

Confident in the positive and measurable impact of our projects, we offer the firm assurance that our club's first century of service is simply an indication of the contributions yet to come. The Rotary Club of Sarnia and the Rotary Club of Sarnia Charitable Foundation continue to grow and generate lots of new ideas and projects for the good of those in need, in our local community and around the world.
